This series from Sakai Kikumori have a three layer blade with a VG10 steel core, hammer-marked tsuchime cladding and octagon shaped walnut wood handles. These knives have excellent edge life and wear resistance.

**Dry thoroughly after use. Left wet, stainless steel can dull quickly and develop pits in the edge. 

**To avoid chipping, keep away from bones, frozen foods or other hard foods and pits.
