Directions

Take 2 capsules twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

It is recommended to take one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening, or as otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Can I open the capsule to take this or split the dosage?

There is no issue opening the capsule to take the product. We recommend mixing it with a smoothie or juice to help with the taste.
